How to prepare

  • We prepare a pot, put it on the fire, put the vegetable oil, meat, onions, and sauce in it and stir them, then add two cups of water, leave the mixture on the fire until it boils, then add tomato juice or a cup of water.
  • After that, we add black pepper, fennel, and coriander, stir the mixture, reduce the heat, and leave it until cooked.
  • Remove the oil from the surface of the mixture and set it aside in a bowl.
  • We pour two cups of water into the mixture, stir, and leave it on the fire until the mixture boils again, then add the wick gradually, stirring slowly.
  • Stir the mixture constantly for three minutes over low heat, then remove the pot from the heat.
  • Add the oil that was removed from the surface of the mixture to the surface of the frying mixture.
  • We heat the baking sheet at a high temperature and start baking the whole wheat pie by hand.
  • Flip the pie on both sides until browned.

  • Reduce the heat to the soup, add the fennel, leave it until cooked, then scrub it with a hand scrubber until it becomes smooth.

  • Return the ground mixture to the pot and add the garlic, coriander, table salt, black pepper, and meat and leave it to boil for three minutes, then remove the pot from the heat.
