  • A teaspoon of ground curry and ground black pepper.
  • A quarter cup of grated carrots for garnish.
  • 300-250 grams of carrots cut into cubes.
  • 300-250 grams of peeled potatoes and cut into cubes.

  • Three cloves of crushed garlic.
  • Three cups of chicken stock.
  • Half a cup of cooking cream.

How to prepare

  • Place the butter in a saucepan over low heat until it melts.

  • Place the mixture in a serving dish, and garnish with parsley and grated carrots.

  • A little honey or brown sugar to sweeten.

How to prepare

  • We wash the ginger well, and grate or chop it.
