It should be noted that liquid fats are the best for human health, but unfortunately there are many people who suffer from the accumulation of fat under the skin. In some parts of their body, such as: the abdomen, hands, and thighs, but there are many home exercises that help them get rid of this fat in a simple way.

Squatting

The squat exercise is one of the most important exercises that helps burn accumulated fat in the lower part of the body. It also helps to strengthen the muscles in this part of the body, such as the thigh muscles and the muscles surrounding the pelvis. This exercise is performed for fifteen minutes, on a daily basis and for a period of time. Thirty days, and this exercise is performed in two ways:

  • Stand up straight, making sure to keep your feet twenty centimeters apart from each other, then begin to lower your body gradually until you reach a squat shape.

Plank exercise

The plank exercise is also called the elbows exercise. This exercise is very useful in strengthening the muscles of both the heart and shoulders, in addition to its ability to burn accumulated fat in the upper part of the body. It is performed by:
