Arm exercises

The problem of sagging arms is considered one of the problems that obese people suffer from in general, but it may not be limited to them only. Rather, people with the right weight and fit body may suffer from it, or those who were obese and then lost a lot of weight, as this may lead to significant and obvious sagging of the arms.

 

Arm exercises

  • Arm tightening and slimming exercise: By using dumbbells (weights for exercises) taking into account the amount of weight, as it differs from one person to another. The dumbbells are raised up while tightening the arm as much as possible, then bending them in front of the shoulder level for a period ranging from three to five seconds, and repeating the same exercise. Six to eight times.
  • Arm rotation exercise: Stand straight and bend the knees slightly, then carry the dumbbells and bend the arm parallel to the ground, then return it back and pull it straight, and repeat the same exercise for the other arm. The exercise can be repeated ten to fifteen times.
  • Right angle exercise: This exercise requires a special ball for sports or the use of something else similar to it, where the back is lying on the ball and the body and head are made straight with the knees bent to form a right angle with the ground, then a ball or something similar is held and the arms are raised straight up, then Return it as far back as you can and tighten your arms without bending them straight. This exercise can be repeated ten to fifteen times.
  • Pull-up exercise (suspended pipe): It is considered one of the most effective exercises in tightening and slimming the arm, by placing the hands on the pipe, then raising the body up so that the chin is at the level of the edge, then lowering the body, and so on, and continuing these steps and repeating them for approximately twenty times.
  • Lying on the floor exercise: The back is lying on the floor, the legs are bent at an obtuse angle, and the back is raised slightly off the ground. Then the ball is held with the hands while the back remains high off the ground, then the ball is directed behind the head with the arms pulled straight. This exercise is repeated for ten to Fifteen times.

Tips before starting arm exercises

  • To ensure the success of the exercises and obtain slim arms, it is preferable to go to a sports center or club, in order to provide the necessary tools to perform the exercises.
  • Before starting any exercise, you must do warm-up exercises to avoid muscle tearing.
