How to cook white beans

How to prepare

  • A day before cooking the white beans, soak them in warm water and add some salt to them.
  • Bring a large pot, and put oil, chopped onions, and crushed garlic in it, add salt, black pepper, red hot pepper, ginger, and turmeric, stir them well, then add the chopped tomatoes, and leave the ingredients on the stove for a quarter of an hour.
  • Add the specified amount of water to the previous ingredients in the pot and leave it until the water boils, then add the white kidney bean, add a bunch of coriander and a bunch of parsley to the pot and leave it on medium heat.
  • After the beans are cooked, remove the parsley and cilantro, and add the olive oil. And then remove the beans from the fire and put them in the serving dish.
