  • Six tablespoons of crushed sidr.
  • Six tablespoons of ground fenugreek.
  • Five tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Three tablespoons of sesame oil.

  • Sana garlic.

  • Peel the onion and cut it into quarters, peel the garlic and cut it into quarters.
  • In a bowl put a cup of water, put onions and garlic.
  • Bring the water to a boil until the onions and garlic turn yellow, then turn off the heat.
  • Mix the rest of the ingredients in another bowl, then gradually add the onion and garlic water until a dough is formed that is neither liquid nor solid, so that it can be spread on the hair without spilling.
  • Spread the mixture on your hair and rub it well until it reaches the scalp.
  • Wrap your head with several rolls of nylon paper, and leave the mixture for at least an hour, and at most 3 hours, then rinse it with warm water and olive oil soap.
  • After this recipe, it is necessary to wipe a little of any kind of oil (preferably olive oil) on your hair, because Sidr, despite its great benefits for hair, dries it a little.

  • Five tablespoons of ground sidr.
  • Two tablespoons of yogurt.
  • Two tablespoons of olive oil.
  • Half a cup of hot water.

How to prepare

  • Mix all materials in a bowl.
  • If the consistency of the mixture is thick, you can add a little water, and vice versa, if the consistency is liquid, you can add more crushed Sidr, and the ingredients must be adjusted and doubled for long hair until it covers it all, and leave the mixture for half an hour until it ferments and increases its effectiveness.
  • Spread the mixture on your hair, wrap it with nylon paper and leave it for an hour.
  • Wash the mixture off your hair, and apply it with a little bit of any kind of oil to preserve the moisture it lost from the strength of the Sidr effect.
