You must massage your hair and scalp with this oil three to four times a week before going to sleep, then wash it the next day with herbal shampoo.

Indian gooseberry and fenugreek

Half a cup of dried rosemary and half a cup of sage are placed in two cups of water for half an hour on a low heat, leave it for two hours, then apply it to your scalp and hair, leave it to dry, then wash it with shampoo, with the need to repeat the recipe from two to two times. Three per week.
