Ingredients

  • A bunch of parsley.

  • One hundred and fifty milliliters of olive oil.
  • A tablespoon of sumac.
  • Salt and black pepper - to taste.
  • Fifty milliliters of grape vinegar.

 

How to prepare

  • Preheat the oven to one hundred and fifty degrees Celsius.
  • Seed the parsley and mint, cut the lettuce into squares, chop the tomatoes lengthwise into halves, cut the cucumbers into crescent shapes, and cut the radishes and onions into circular slices.
  • Cut the bread with scissors or a knife into cubes, and place it in the oven to bake for ten minutes.
  • Mix the bread with sumac and olive oil after it is baked. This is to keep it crispy.
  • Mix all the vegetables, then add black pepper, vinegar and salt before serving, and place the bread on top.

Meat mixture ingredients:

  • Four pieces of lamb meat banana.
  • Two large onions.
  • Two large carrots.
  • Four cloves of garlic.
  • Small spoon of salt.

  • A teaspoon of cardamom.
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon.
  • Two leaves of laurel.

Rice mixture ingredients:

  • Two cups of short-grain rice, soaked.
  • Two tablespoons of ghee.
  • Small spoon of salt.
  • Three cloves of whole cardamom.
  • Three cups of broth or water.

Sauce ingredients:

  • Three large tomatoes.
  • Three tablespoons of tomato paste.
  • Half a cup of water.
  • Four tablespoons of ghee.
  • Two large onions, chopped.
  • Grated carrot.
  • Six cloves of chopped garlic.
  • Half a cup of vinegar.
  • Salt and black pepper - to taste.

How to prepare

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C, and bring a casserole or oven dish with the lid.

Preparing the meat mixture:

  • Place: cinnamon, salt, cardamom, allspice, and pepper in a small bowl and mix the mixture well until the ingredients are combined.
  • Grate the garlic, onions, and carrots and place them in a plate, then add the bay leaf and half of the spice mixture.
  • Place the mixture in an oven dish or casserole.
  • Sprinkle the rest of the spice mixture on the bananas, then place them on top of the sprinkled mixture.
  • Add a cup of water, then cover the dish and place it in the oven for sixty minutes until the bananas are ripe.

Preparing the rice mixture:

  • Place the ghee in a medium-sized pot and heat it, then add the rice and stir it with the ghee well until it is covered with it and turns golden.
  • Distribute the rice over the bananas in the oven dish, then add water or broth, cardamom, and salt.
  • Cover the dish and return it to the oven for up to forty minutes until the rice is cooked.

Prepare the sauce:

  • Place the tomato paste, tomatoes, and water in the blender bowl, and run it for a minute on medium speed.
  • Heat half the amount of ghee over medium heat, then add the grated carrots and chopped onions, and stir the mixture until the mixture turns golden.
  • Add black pepper, tomato juice, and salt and leave the sauce on the fire for ten minutes to thicken.
  • Heat the remaining ghee in a small frying pan, add the garlic and stir for two minutes, then add the vinegar and leave it for a few minutes until it thickens, then add half of the sauce mixture.
  • Take the casserole out of the oven and distribute the prepared sauce without garlic, then distribute the toasted bread, then distribute the prepared sauce with the garlic mixture.
  • Leave the casserole for a few minutes until it absorbs the sauce, then serve it.
