  • A box of Vaseline.

How to prepare

  • Leave the water and ginger sprinkle on the fire for 15 minutes to 20 minutes until it boils, and the water takes on the color and juice of the ginger.
  • Strain the ginger juice using a sieve in the wide bowl several times, until its color is clear and free of cloudiness.
  • In the deep dish, two containers of moisturizing cream are emptied, and four tablespoons of Vaseline are added to them, and a hand mixer is used to mix both the cream and Vaseline with each other, until they dissolve in each other completely.
  • Six tablespoons of apple cider vinegar, six tablespoons of rose water, and another of almond oil are added to the resulting cream, with continuous mixing until it disappears into the cream.
  • Ginger juice is added to the cream gradually, while continuing to mix until the quantity is over.
  • Ginger cream is preserved in one or more boxes, depending on the capacity and size of the boxes available.

How to use

Ginger cream is used daily for a month or more, until the desired results appear in slimming. It is applied to the areas to be slimmed down, such as the abdomen and buttocks. The cream is rubbed into the skin in circular motions to facilitate its absorption by the skin.
