In Guinea, a well-known river is the Niger River; It originates from the heights of this country in the southeastern part of it. The Republic of Guinea was formerly a vassal of the Empire of Ghana; Where it was part of it, but it was colonized by the French and became a colony belonging to France, and that was in 1849 AD, and it remained in this case until 1958 AD when it became independent from France.
