The well-trained educated worker contributes to production in a greater proportion, so he practices his work with knowledge of it, which makes his production more quality, and at the lowest costs, especially since the door to competition between Companies and institutions producing commodities require developing the skills of workers and increasing their knowledge of their duties and rights.

The more a decent life is achieved for the worker, the more his activity and love for his work increases. The distinction of the state is made through respecting and appreciating the efforts of its workers.
