This mixture is very important for moisturizing hair and treating dry hair. It is used according to the following method:

  • Mix a small amount of flax oil, a small amount of sunflower oil, and a teaspoon of glycerin together in a bowl, then add an amount of lavender or sage oil to give the mixture a beautiful scent.
  • Apply it to the hair, and use this recipe for several days, and the effective effect of the amino acids contained in this mixture on the hair will be noticed.

This mixture is considered very good for tired and dry hair. It is used according to the following method:

  • Mash a cucumber until it becomes a thick paste, then add a tablespoon of sour cream, preferably low-fat, and a teaspoon of flax oil, and mix the ingredients together.
  • Apply this mask to the hair, leave for 15 minutes, then wash with shampoo and water.
