Sausage is considered one of the widespread foods in many societies, whether Arab or non-Arab. It is an unconventional dish in our Arab world. This dish is made to change our daily food routine. It is called sausage, which is a quantity of spiced meat that is well seasoned with many ingredients. Such as pepper, brown pepper, onions, garlic, ginger, sage, and other spices. After that, this marinated meat is stuffed into the small intestine of the sheep or calf.

There are fatty acids in sausage, a lot of calories, a percentage of cholesterol, carbohydrates, a good percentage of proteins, and various materials depending on the mixture and spices that are mixed with it.

How to make oriental sausage

the ingredients:

  • One or two hot peppers.
  • XNUMX onion
  • A clove of garlic.
  • A piece of tomato.
  • A kilo or a kilo and a half of oriental sausage.

How to prepare:

  • Place the oil frying pan on medium heat.
  • Place a kilogram of the amount of sausage in it that you want to cook for two minutes, no more.
  • Turn off the heat and cut the sausage into small circular slices.
  • Cut the tomato into small, uniform pieces.
  • Chop the onions and peppers.
  • Peel and chop the garlic, then mash it with a little pepper or cut it into thin pieces.
  • Place the chopped onion in the oil frying pan for just three minutes until it turns completely light golden blonde.
  • We put the garlic on the onions, then add the peppers to them and mix them together over the fire.
  • Add the sausage and mix it well with the onions.
  • We leave it on the fire for about 10 minutes, then put it in a serving dish to eat.

  • We add the ingredients to the sausage on low heat, add a little ketchup to them, then add a little water and leave it on the fire for a quarter of an hour.
  • Place all the ingredients in a serving dish on the table.
