Using coconut oil

Coconut oil helps protect the proteins present in the hair naturally from the damage of external factors such as exposure to sunlight and wind, and it is used by heating an appropriate amount of coconut oil in a frying pan or by using the microwave until it becomes warm, then the oil is applied to the hair, Avoid using the oil while it is hot to avoid damaging the hair.

Use castor oil

Castor oil contributes effectively to softening and moisturizing hair, as well as preventing frizz and fighting scalp infections. It can be used by mixing two tablespoons of castor oil with one tablespoon of soy oil, then heat the mixture in the microwave for about 20 seconds, and then massage the hair and scalp. With the mixture for a few minutes and left on the hair for 30 minutes, after that the hair is washed with shampoo, combed while it is wet and left to dry in the open air.

The quality of foods that are eaten daily plays an important role in improving the quality of hair, so it is recommended to eat healthy foods necessary for healthy hair, by following the following:
