  • You should have a steam bath; By closing all outlets, such as doors and windows, well and opening the water tap to hot water until steam is formed, then leave the water tap for a quarter of an hour until the bathroom is filled with steam.
  • Get Moroccan soap and anoint your entire body with it. If you have sodium carbonate, it is a good idea to mix a small percentage of it with Moroccan soap.
  • After you anoint your body with Moroccan soap, leave it on the body for a full quarter of an hour without touching it or scrub until it dries on the body. After the time has passed, wash your body well with hot water, and use a Moroccan loofah to scrub your body. This will make you get better results.
  • After finishing scrubbing and washing the body, wipe it with a piece of cotton dipped in rose water and lemon, to lighten the skin and open the pores.
