• Using an old toothbrush, wet it with the solution and clean the corners and engravings in the wooden piece.
• Upon completion and making sure to get rid of all the suspended dirt, the wood is wiped using a clean, lint-free cloth, and left to dry completely, after that it is possible to use wood polish.

Improve the smell of wood

Unwanted odors attached to wood can be eliminated by following these steps:

• Resorting to the use of industrial cleaners intended for such a purpose.
• Use a home-prepared solution consisting of two tablespoons of olive oil mixed with half a liter of white vinegar, then use this solution as a spray, taking into account frequent shaking, and it is one of the natural solutions with proven effectiveness.
• Using odor-absorbing materials such as newspapers and charcoal, placing them in wooden cabinets or drawers, and leaving them for a week before replacing them. This method is supposed to make a difference in smell within two weeks of application.
