Therefore, absolute greatness is a matter that is specific to God - the Mighty and Sublime - alone, for He is truly Great, Who does not disobey by compulsion, and does not violate coercion, and for this man must glorify God with the right of His greatness, and obey Him in ratifying His Book, obeying His Messenger, doing what He commanded and staying away from what He forbade.

• That a person tries to reduce the intensity of the feelings of anger that afflict him, as these feelings are considered natural feelings that afflict a person, but they may affect his health negatively, causing him many diseases such as heart disease, and problems affecting the digestive system.
• That a person adhere to honesty and clarity, so that he expresses ideas honestly and clearly.
• A person should cooperate with those around him, as this characteristic helps to improve a person’s feeling towards himself and towards others, even if cooperation is limited to helping others carry grocery bags, or providing a bus seat for an elderly person.
• Listening to others well is one of the capabilities that benefit a person in developing his relationships with others to last a lifetime, and it is one of the great things that works to change a person's life well and positively.
• Behaving politely with others is one of the behaviors that help determine human behavior and make those around him happy.
• For a person to act naturally and without any pretense, in order to be able to know his own identity, and to find the appropriate harmony between beliefs and values.
• That a person works to educate himself, and is keen to know other cultures and other people, because this makes it easier for a person to understand the views of others easier.

• Achieve greatness as a manager: It is possible for many people to become managerial positions in companies without obtaining special training in management, but the matter is not complicated, but it needs to focus and think before doing the matter, so that the person is a source of trust for others, and in order to reach the degree of greatness and idealism in positions administration, the following advice should be followed:
