Women are equal to men and their partners in building the future and life. Therefore, their role in life and work is no less important than the role of men. Indeed, society needs women’s work in many fields in which their presence is required, especially in medicine, nursing, and education. In general, work is considered a form of worship equal to that of men. Or the woman. Without work, a person sinks into laziness, lethargy, and lack of money, and becomes incapable of being. As for work, it adds additional value to the person and gives him motivation to produce more. As for the woman, she is able to be a productive member in various fields of work, and she has already proven her ability. Her success at work and reconciliation between her home and work.

Many people view women’s work in a negative light, forgetting that women contribute to the development of societies greatly, and that their work benefits them personally, benefits their children and husband, and improves their standard of living. Also, women who work feel more confident in themselves and are able to make their decisions more independently and without exerting pressure or influence. Work gives women material and moral strength, and helps them secure their needs without having to ask for any help from others, and this enhances their strength even more.
