  • Oily skin: It is characterized by being shiny and oily, and has large pores, and it can be taken care of by using an oil-free foaming cleanser, rinsing it with warm water, and then using a skin cleanser (in English: toner) that does not cause skin irritation, as these products help remove extra oil from the skin, Which reduces shine, and keeps it clean.
  • Combination skin: It is characterized by being dry in some areas such as the cheeks, and greasy in other areas such as the forehead, nose and chin.
  • Normal normal skin: It is characterized by being balanced, clean and non-sensitive, and it can be taken care of by using a gentle cleanser or a suitable soap, cleaning the face with it, then rinsing the face with warm water and drying it.
  • sensitive skin: They show signs of burning or itching after using makeup or peeling the skin, and they can be taken care of by using a gentle cleanser and rinsing it with warm water, then gently drying the skin. Avoid using products that contain alcohol, acid or perfume, and replace them with products that contain sedatives. Such as: chamomile, green tea, and oats. (slide 5)

The body and general health can be taken care of by eating healthy and balanced food, making sure to eat 3-5 servings of vegetables per day, and 2-4 servings of fruit. Children and adolescents can also take care of their body by eating 2-3 servings of dairy products, and approximately 0.14 – 0.19 kg of meat and beans.
