Make a natural oil bath

  • Warm the oils slightly before applying them to the hair.
  • Dip your fingertips in a little oil, then divide the hair using your hands before applying the oils.
  • We put an appropriate amount of oil according to the length and density of the hair, in order to avoid using a large amount of oil, and thus using a large amount of shampoo.
  • We massage the scalp well with the fingertips while avoiding rubbing the hair, in order to avoid hair loss, split ends, and breakage. The importance of massage lies in stimulating blood circulation, and it is necessary to massage for at least a quarter of an hour.
  • We wrap the hair with a plastic hat after finishing applying the oils, then cover it with a piece of cloth moistened with hot water for ten minutes, taking care to ensure that the temperature is appropriate, and not too hot, in order to speed up the absorption of the oils in the hair.
  • Repeat the oil bath at least once a week in order to obtain the desired results.
Note: A little vitamin E can be added to natural oils before using them to massage the scalp, which increases hair health.
