It does not usually feed on fish, and although the eagle’s stomach is very small, approximately the size of a walnut, it is able to eat a large amount of food. It reaches up to a third of its weight, and it also has an area called the crop. To store food, which enables it to survive without the need to eat food daily.

Golden eagles also often fly in the direction of strong winds, holding their wings tightly and slightly curved towards their bodies. Females tend to sleep on eggs, with their wings and head down, and the male sleeps on one leg with his head hanging down, with his beak touching the throat.
