  • Comb your hair while moving your head forward, which increases blood flow to the hair roots.
  • Keep your head bent forward and run your fingers through it from the roots to the ends.
  • Move your fingers through the middle of the hair, from the area above the forehead to the back of the head.
  • Place your fingers in the cat's position and move them over your head, covering several places.
  • Move your fingers over the scalp in opposite directions and quickly.
  • Lift the hair to one side, then pull it upwards until you feel a stretch in the scalp.

Apply oil to the scalp

  • Heat the oil a little, by putting it in a pot and placing the pot in a bowl containing hot water.
  • Apply small amounts of oil to your fingertips, pass it and distribute it on the roots of your hair and on various places on your head.
  • Move your fingers in slow and careful movements if you want to relax, while fast movements increase blood flow in the circulatory system.
  • Cover the scalp with a dry towel.
  • Leave the oil on the hair for half to a full hour before washing it with lukewarm water.
  • Wash your hair and apply a moisturizing cream to keep it from dryness and breakage.
