- The method of work:
- Apply a deep conditioning treatment to hair from root to tip before showering.
- Leave the mask on the hair for a period of 3 to 5 minutes.
- Wash hair with water and shampoo.

- Heat an amount of olive oil, coconut oil or avocado oil in a bowl, in order to moisturize the hair core and nourish its follicles.
- Distribute the hot mixture on the scalp and hair, and massage it for a few minutes in circular motions.
- Wrap the head with a wet towel, or a piece of nylon, and leave the mask for the whole night.
- Wash the hair with a mild shampoo and lukewarm water, then dry it with a soft towel.
