They also contain omega-3 and fatty acids, and can be used as a recipe to strengthen nails by rubbing a little olive oil. Flax seeds on the nails before going to bed, massage gently for a few minutes, then wear gloves to maintain moisture. It is also possible to add two tablespoons to the juices or cereals you take.
