How do I maintain my dyed hair?

Avoid using alcohol

One way to maintain dyed hair is not to use hair styling products that contain alcohol, as alcohol contributes to dry hair, which in turn leads to faster loss of the acquired color.

Avoid exposure to heat

It is recommended not to use hair straighteners that rely on high temperatures when styling hair, as high temperatures destroy the color molecules in dyed hair. To avoid this, specialized hairdryers suitable for dyed hair can be used.

Avoid washing hair

It is recommended to wash dyed hair three days after dyeing, as it is considered a common mistake to wash it before that. Because dyed hair needs this period to be completely coated with the dyed color.

Avoid frequent hair washing

It is recommended to follow some instructions to preserve dyed hair for as long as possible, especially those related to the use of water, as the chemicals found among the dye compounds are greatly affected by water. Therefore, it is recommended not to wash your hair daily using shampoo, and to avoid excessive use of water when washing it, in addition to avoiding washing dyed hair using hot water, as dyed hair loses its color faster, and to use warm or cold water instead.
