Biography of Bin Hisham

He wrote a biography of Ibn Hisham. It is a book related to the noble Sunnah of the Prophet. The author of the book is Abu Muhammad Abd al-Malik ibn Hisham ibn Ayyub al-Himyari al-Ma’afiri, nicknamed Jamal al-Din. He died in the year 213 AH. He wrote a biography of Ibn Hisham, composed in two parts. The biography of Ibn Hisham contains: A brief introduction, no more than four pages long, in which he talks about the reasons that prompted him to write this book. He also mentions the names of books, biographies, notables, and biographies. He talks about the approach he followed in writing the book and reviews life from the era of Ismail to the era of our Prophet Muhammad. “May God’s prayers and peace be upon him,” and he mentioned their children and their offspring.

Also, the reader of Ibn Hisham’s book will find that he relied on many of the statements that came in Ibn Ishaq’s book, and this matter appears clearly at the beginning of the hadith, as the writer and author of Ibn Hisham’s book says at the beginning of the hadith, Ibn Ishaq said, or on the authority of Ibn Ishaq, That is, the words were transmitted and attributed to Ibn Ishaq, but recently religious scholars have taken many criticisms against Ibn Hisham’s book (The Biography of Imam Abu Muhammad Jamal al-Din), as most religious scholars call it, and the criticisms revolved around the fact that Imam Abu Muhammad used many hadiths. whose lineage or mention is not known, and some of his lineage was known for exaggeration and lying, but no one could deny that his biography contained many useful things and that it presented a lot in the world of the Sunnah of the Prophet, and the fame of this book extended to many places. It has spread widely and widely, and has become one of the most important books to be emulated in the world of Islamic law.
