Log out of Twitter via computers
Users of the Twitter application on computers can log out of it by following these steps:
- Click on Profile Picture at the bottom of the screen.
- Click on the Log out option, then click on it again.
- Delete registration information if it appears after logging out of the account, especially when using a computer shared by more than one person.
Log out of Twitter via the application
Users of the Twitter application on Android and iPhone phones can log out of it by following the following steps:
- Click on the main menu icon (☰), which appears in the form of three parallel lines, or the Profile icon that appears at the top of the screen on phones running the Android operating system, or click on the Profile picture that appears at the top of the screen on iPhone phones.
- Click on the Settings and privacy option, then click on the Account option.
- Click on the Log out option, then click OK.
Log out of all devices
Twitter users can protect their account from being accessed by a stranger by logging out of all devices they have access to, and the following steps can be applied whether on mobile phones or computers:

- Click on the More button located in the menu on the left of the screen when using the computer, or click on the main menu icon (☰) at the top of the screen when using the application.
- Click on the Settings and privacy option, then click on the Account option.
- Scroll down to the Data And Permissions section, then click on Apps And Sessions.
- Click Log out all other sessions after a list of all devices from which your Twitter account is logged in appears.
- Click on the Log out option to confirm the process.
