Add a new account: After launching the email application, you must click on the icon in the upper left corner of the screen, then choose the settings icon in the upper right corner, and click on the “Add account” option, and then the email address can be added.
Enter email and password: In this step, you must add the email address and passcode in the spaces provided for that.
Enter account information: In this step you must fill in the account information.

The main screen of the Android device consists of many buttons and switches, the most important of which are:

Home buttons: They are virtual buttons located at the bottom of the screen, as all Android systems or phones that use Android have two or three keys.
Task button: It is the button that is characterized by being square-shaped or boxes stacked on top of each other, and this button helps to display all the applications that have been launched recently, allowing the user to move between them quickly.
Side buttons: They are the upper buttons on both sides of the device, where one of the buttons works to suspend the device by pressing it for a few seconds and then clicking on “Power off” from the screen that will appear, and there are other buttons for controlling and adjusting the volume.

Notification Center

The Notification Center on the Android device is the upper part of the main screen, which shows many information such as: Wi-Fi connection, battery life, time and date, and the left part displays the type of notification, whether it is a message, email, or other notification. , and shows the battery icon if the battery is low.

Search bar

One of the important parts of the Android device is the search bar (in English: The Search Bar), which contributes to accessing voice search via Google, by clicking on the microphone on the left side in the search bar.

Applications and tools

Applications and tools are among the most famous features of the Android operating system, as they can be used on a daily basis, in order to view several things, and mini-applications can be added to them (in English: Widget) so that the user does not have to open the entire application to make the necessary changes, such as special mini-applications Weather, where he was able to identify the temperature, rain alerts, humidity level, and many others, in addition to the clock application, and the main news. remotely with these applications.

How to create a file

A file can be created on the Android device by clicking on any application and dropping it directly over another application, and thus a notification will appear about creating a new file without a name that contains the two applications inside it, and the file name can be changed by clicking on it and adding the new name, and new applications can be added to the same file by dragging the application to the folder and then dropping it on it.

How to delete an app

You can get rid of any application and delete it completely from the Android device, by following these steps:

Open the Settings app.
Choose “Apps”.
Through the list of applications, all applications on the phone will be displayed, here you must click on the application that you want to delete.
Click on the option located on the upper left side of the screen, which is the “Uninstall button”.
Some applications originally on the device cannot be deleted, but their operation can be disabled through the “Disable” button, which is located instead of the Uninstall button.

Note: The icon of any application can be deleted without completely canceling it from the device by pressing and not dropping the application icon, as an (X) will appear at the top of the screen, on which the icon must be thrown.

Android system update

The Android system can be updated by following these steps:

Opening the Settings menu.
Click on “About device” which is usually located at the bottom of the settings menu, and then click on “Software update”.
Search for new updates, by clicking on “Download updates” or “Check for system updates”, and then the device will search for any available updates, as the device manufacturer provides new updates from versions Android, and it is worth noting that the chance of updates may decrease if the device is old.
Click on “Download” in order to install the new version, here you must make sure that the device is connected to the Internet.
Click on “Install” or “Install now” to start the installation process.

Note: In the event that the installation process was closed by mistake, the installation can be restarted from the update section located in the “About Phone” section.
